Flowforce
AI CRM we designed and shipped in-house: booking, forms, and revenue automation in one workspace.

Sales teams drown in admin. Tools stay duct-taped.
We built Flowforce because the problem showed up in every revenue conversation: outreach, follow-up, and booking lived in separate tools, and AI demos never survived the week. We wanted a product we would run ourselves, then offer to clients who need the same leverage.
Admin eating the selling day
Reps lose hours to follow-up loops, form chase, and calendar juggling. Pipeline suffers while the CRM becomes a graveyard of half-updated records.
AI without a product home
Chatbots and copilots look impressive in a demo. Durable AI that owns outreach and booking inside one workspace is what actually sticks.
Multi-tenant from day one
We refused a single-tenant prototype that would need a rewrite later. Architecture had to hold for modern sales orgs sharing one product, not a bespoke install each time.
Before: revenue tools duct-taped together
We kept seeing the same pattern in client conversations and our own sales motion: outreach, follow-up, forms, and booking lived in separate tools, and AI demos rarely survived the first week.
- CRM records updated late or not at all because admin ate the selling day
- Lead forms and booking links scattered across vendors
- AI copilots with no durable home inside the revenue workflow
- Single-tenant prototypes that would need a rewrite to become real SaaS
How we built it
Dogfood the product. Ship multi-tenant. Keep AI inside the workflow that closes.
Start from the revenue day
We mapped outreach, follow-up, forms, and booking as one loop. The product brief was fewer tools and less admin, not another dashboard tile.
Design for teams who live in the CRM
UX shaped around what sales orgs keep open all day: clear next actions, automation that earns trust, and forms wired into the same workspace.
Engineer multi-tenant from the start
Tenancy, isolation, and product boundaries designed early so launch was a real SaaS, not a client project wearing a product costume.
Ship, run, and keep hardening
Flowforce is live at flowforce.app. We run it, improve it, and use the same delivery bar we hold on client work.
What we put in production
An AI CRM sales teams can run without duct tape.
AI that owns the follow-up loop
Automation for outreach and follow-up so revenue teams spend less time in admin and more time closing.
Forms and booking in one workspace
Lead capture and scheduling wired into the same product instead of stitched across three vendors and a spreadsheet.
Multi-tenant SaaS architecture
A live product for modern sales orgs: shared platform, clear tenancy, and a foundation we can keep shipping on.
Architecture & integrations
Multi-tenant SaaS from day one. AI, forms, and booking in one workspace we run ourselves at flowforce.app.
Multi-tenant core
Tenant isolation, shared platform services, and product boundaries designed before launch, not retrofitted after the first customer.
AI in the follow-up loop
Automation for outreach and follow-up with guardrails so reps trust the system instead of fighting it.
Unified revenue workspace
Forms, pipeline, and booking in one product so teams stop stitching the funnel across three subscriptions.

Product definition
Ongoing
Mapped the revenue day as one loop, outreach, follow-up, forms, booking, and refused a dashboard-only MVP.
Multi-tenant build
Phased
Engineered tenancy and core CRM paths before marketing features so launch was a real SaaS, not a client install.
Live & dogfooded
Today
Flowforce runs in production at flowforce.app. We improve it with the same delivery bar we hold on client work.
What shipping our own product proved.
Product
Live

Architecture
Multi-tenant
Built for sales orgs sharing one product from day one, with the isolation and structure a real SaaS needs.
Scope
One workspace
Booking, forms, and revenue automation in the same CRM so teams stop duct-taping the funnel.
Proof
In-house
We do not just advise on AI. We design, ship, and run the product we sell the discipline behind.
Questions buyers ask
What is Flowforce?
Flowforce is Auviel’s AI CRM: booking, forms, and revenue automation in one workspace for modern sales teams. It is multi-tenant and live at flowforce.app.
Did Auviel build Flowforce or resell someone else’s CRM?
We designed and shipped it in-house. The product is proof we do not just advise on AI. We build systems we would run ourselves.
Who is Flowforce for?
Sales and revenue teams who want outreach, follow-up, and booking in one place instead of admin loops across disconnected tools.
How does Flowforce relate to Auviel’s client work?
Same delivery bar. Client engagements and Flowforce both ship into production. Flowforce is also the productized form of patterns we see across revenue orgs.
How do we try Flowforce or start a custom build?
Visit flowforce.app for the product, or book a demo with Auviel if you need a custom system shaped around your floor. We will map the tightest path either way.
