1. The site
The Site means www.auviel.com and related marketing pages operated by Auviel Inc. (“Auviel,” “we,” “us”). The Site provides information about our studio, work, and products, and ways to contact us.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for a general business audience. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, submit malicious or deceptive content through forms, or use it for unlawful purposes. Additional rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy. Access to software products we offer is also subject to our Product Terms (and any product-specific terms on that product’s own site).
4. Inquiries and forms
Demo and contact submissions must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree not to submit others’ personal information without permission. We may decline or ignore submissions that appear abusive, automated, or unlawful.
5. No professional advice
Content on the Site is for general information. It is not legal, financial, medical, or technical advice tailored to your situation. Engagement for services is governed by separate agreements.
6. Intellectual property
Branding, copy, design, case studies, and other materials on the Site belong to Auviel or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission, except as allowed by law (for example fair dealing / fair use).
7. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to third parties (including Flowforce at flowforce.app and social profiles) or load analytics, chat, fonts, and CMS tools. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their practices. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auviel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Site will not exceed CAD $100, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
