Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes prohibited and expected use of Auviel websites, forms, APIs, and products we operate. It supplements our Terms of Use and Product Terms.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to www.auviel.com, related marketing surfaces, demo and contact forms, and products offered by Auviel Inc. (“Auviel,” “we,” “us”), including Flowforce, Auviel Concierge, and Auviel Mirror where Auviel is the provider. Product-specific terms may add rules; if they conflict, the stricter rule applies.
2. Expected use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Auviel, our users, clients, or infrastructure.
3. Prohibited activities
You may not:
- Violate applicable law or third-party rights
- Submit malware, phishing content, or deceptive forms of abuse
- Attempt unauthorized access, probing, scraping at abusive scale, or denial-of-service
- Interfere with security, rate limits, or authentication
- Use our services to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or using products
- Upload or process unlawful, harmful, or highly sensitive data without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards
- Use AI or automation features to generate content or actions that are fraudulent, harassing, or intended to cause severe harm
- Resell or redistribute access in ways we have not authorized
4. Customer content and compliance
If you use a product account, you are responsible for content and data you submit, and for ensuring your use complies with this AUP and applicable law (including privacy and marketing rules for communications you send).
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report activity to authorities when we reasonably believe it is necessary. We are not obligated to monitor all use but may do so to protect the service.

Report suspected abuse to hello@auviel.com.

8. Governing law
This AUP is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
9. Changes
We may update this AUP. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
