Auviel
Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
This policy explains how Auviel Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Auviel Inc. (“Auviel,” “we,” “us”) operates www.auviel.com. This Cookie Policy should be read with our Privacy Policy.
Questions: hello@auviel.com.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a site. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels. We use “cookies” here to cover these collectively where relevant.
3. How we use cookies and similar technologies
Depending on configuration, we may use:
- Essential / functional: required for the site to work as intended. Today this includes local storage used to remember that you dismissed the site announcement bar (key pattern:
auviel-announce:*). That preference is stored on your device and is not sent to our servers as a tracking profile. - Analytics, to understand traffic and improve the Site. When enabled, this may include Google Analytics (which typically sets cookies) and/or Cloudflare Web Analytics (often limited / privacy-oriented measurement; check Cloudflare’s current documentation for whether cookies are used).
We do not use cookies on this Site to sell your personal information or to run third-party advertising networks.
4. Consent notice
As of the “Last updated” date, www.auviel.com does not show a separate cookie consent banner or preference center. When analytics environment variables are enabled in our deployment, those scripts may load for visitors according to that configuration. You can still block or delete cookies (and clear local storage) through your browser. If we add an on-site consent or preference tool later, this policy will be updated.
5. Duration
Some cookies are session-based and expire when you close your browser. Others persist for a set period (or until you clear them) so preferences or analytics can work across visits. Local storage for the announcement bar persists until you clear site data or we change the announcement id.
6. Your choices
You can control or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking essential or functional storage may affect features such as remembering a dismissed announcement. Blocking analytics may limit our ability to measure traffic.
7. Third-party technologies
Analytics providers may set their own cookies or process technical data under their policies. See our Privacy Policy for processors we may use.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised policy.
